Privacy

Information we use

The storefront uses your in-game username, selected products, order identifiers, payment status, and limited security records to fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, investigate fraud, and provide support.

Payment details

Full card information is collected by the approved hosted payment provider, not by GravesPK, the website, the RuneLite client, or the game server.

Transaction retention

Order IDs, fulfillment events, refunds, disputes, and manual adjustments may be retained as an audit record. GravesPK does not sell payment or player information.

Cookies and analytics

The public site is designed to work without advertising trackers. Any future analytics or required cookies will be disclosed here before use.
