Store Terms

Fixed digital purchases

Store orders provide only the fixed GravesPK items or account entitlements described at checkout. They are purchases, not charitable donations, investments, cash equivalents, direct gambling entries, or promises of future value.

Closed-loop value

GravesPK items, bonds, credits, accounts, and rewards have no real-world monetary value. GravesPK does not buy them back or permit conversion into cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or property outside the game.

Delivery

Orders must use the exact in-game username. A completed provider payment creates one claimable order. Repeated callbacks cannot create duplicate rewards. Players should contact official support if an order is not available after the published delivery window.

Payments, refunds, and reversals

Payments are handled by an approved hosted processor. Refunds are evaluated under the processor's checkout terms and applicable law. Chargeback fraud may result in removal of unredeemed value, account restriction, and preservation of transaction records for review.

Trading and wagering

Supported systems may allow players to trade or wager eligible closed-loop game assets after acquisition. That does not authorize real-world trading or create a cash value. Selling or buying GravesPK value outside the official store is prohibited. GravesPK provides no cash-out and does not guarantee an external value for anything traded or won in-game.

Game balance

Reasonable balance changes may affect digital items after purchase. A purchase does not grant ownership of the game service or exemption from the community rules.

Support

For order help, use the official Discord. Staff will never ask for a complete card number, payment password, or private authentication code.
